My experiences here have been excellent. Staff is always friendly and willing to help with little things. There is a restroom on site for customers to use which comes in handy when messing with storage units. And love that only customers have access pass the gates. Kudos to all..

All I got to say is this storage company is awesome!!! Respect from the staff came as soon as I walked in the door. The units are very clean and I feel so safe while in the units!! I know my belongings are safe I do not need to worry at all!!! I highly recommend this company, The Storage Company on Holly Rd!!!!

this was my first time using a storage unit and i will recommend this company to others and use it again if needed. the unit was checked out quickly to me and i had a month paid in advanced and i emptied out my unit on a friday night so i had to call them on that following monday and they easily gave me back my payment . Im glad they were available for my move. 5 stars

We moved from out of state recently, and at the last minute we needed a place to store items we didn't have time to sort through at our former home before moving. The staff at Storage Company at Everhart quickly responded to my call for help, and provided a storage unit the same day! It was clean, climate-controlled, and secure. The staff members have been very kind and helpful. I highly recommend them!

I loved that they always maintain clean all areas without any obstruction and climate controlled was always fresh during hot days or warm during cold days and always had surveillance cameras working that would make me feel comfortable leaving my belongings somewhere safe and secure definitely would rent back with them in the future if I need to

This is an awesome facility, very clean, nice atmosphere. The employees are awesome, they treat you with respect. This place was recommended to me by my son In-law, and he didn't go wrong. He's been there 2 years and he's very satisfied himself. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone that is looking for a storage. 10 in my book. : )

We had an unexpected and urgent need for an immediate storage space arising from the unexpected failure of the seller to sign off for our new home. Anticipating a “normal” house closing and taking possession of our new home, we drove from San Antonio arrived in Corpus with both SUVs loaded with personal items. Working with our realtor Stephanie Hastings and with her advice we called The Storage Company@ Holly. We called and had told Samantha about our dilemma. Despite the panic in my voice, she remained cordial, expressed a true understanding of our dilemma and worked with me to find an appropriate size storage unit. In addition, she set up a short-term month to month rental, and called the Holly facility to coordinate with Amanda at the front desk our arrival and check in to the unit. Amanda arrived, took us to our unit, and with us never anticipating we would be renting a storage unit rental had locks available. When I returned the next day I met Lyndsey and Lilly. Lyndsey told me she had spoken with the team and was aware of our situation and was glad they could help. Lilly similarly expressed appreciation for our business. All be it a short rental I cannot emphasizes the personal touch, the genuine interest in helping, and the follow thorough in providing a service (not to mention the clean and secure units) that is uncompromised in the storage business.

We rented a climate controlled unit at a great price. I went there this past week to check it out and everything was great. Excellent customer experience

Staff is very helpful, units are clean and environment is safe. I was misinformed that I was told that if a storage is vacated in between dates part of the payment is returned. I was told yesterday that is not done on rental storage units. Rental storage is the only type of units that they have so I don't understand, but it is what it is.

Great service and always looking out for the safe care of our unit. Clean, climate controlled environment.
